A good broker can easily result in many of thousands of extra dollars left in your pocket when buying or put into your pocket when you sell.

Many think choosing a Real Estate Broker is like choosing a checker at a grocery store. "Which is handy?" But be careful. Is your friend or relative so close that you are willing to allow them to possibly cost you tens of thousands of dollars in your transactions? Whoever you may know and like, I strongly recommend interviewing at least three brokers and ask them each the same question:

"What will you do to negotiate the best transaction possible for me in the shortest possible time?"
